These Terms and Conditions and information supplied via our FAQs and any other document referred to within the terms and conditions, directly govern the supply of any Product ordered by the purchaser on the Website. The act of using this site and ordering a Product makes implicit the understanding that the purchaser agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Six Fourteen Website:
Use of the Six Fourteen website is allowed only in congruence with these terms and conditions and applicable laws at the time of purchase.
No attempts must be made to challenge, change or interfere in anyway with the security or other features of the Website; interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers or networks that host the website; use any known or new method of data extraction (including but not limited to data mining, screen scraping or robots) on the Website for any reason.
Registration for a retail account falls under the same terms and conditions as registration of a trade account, with the exception of trade accounts needing to be vetted for eligibility.
Registration of a Trade Account with Six Fourteen:
To receive trade pricing via login on the Website, it is necessary to register for an Account with us. To register for an Account, we require:
a) Accurate and current personal information including, but not limited to your name, a valid email address, ABN and business trading name and social media “handles”. This information will be vetted for eligibility, and a trade account created for the client should an ABN be listed within the appropriate industry. Six Fourteen reserves the right to decide unilaterally on the industries deemed appropriate to receive trade discount.
b) The purchaser must be over the age of 18 and understand the implications of purchase agreement.
To make a purchase further information is required at the checkout, including address and phone number, along with payment details – this information is handled securely at the checkout by Stripe.
Any activity that occurs on your Account (including but not limited to Orders placed using your Account) is the responsibility of the account holder, and it is your responsibility to keep your Account password secure. Six Fourteen are in no way responsible for any unauthorised activity on any Account. Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to the applicable authorities.
Account use is strictly limited to the Account Holder.
If at any time you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or suspect that your password is no longer secure, it is your responsibility to notify us without delay and take immediate steps to re-secure your Account (including, but not necessarily limited to changing your password).
Six Fourteen in no way guarantees that the Website will be available at all times or without disruption. Should disruption occur we cannot guarantee notification of this or give estimates of how long a disruption will affect the site.
If purchasing for a client via a trade account the account holder is aware that tracking will be sent to the email given at the checkout. This means if the account holder’s email account is used the trade account holder is responsible for passing tracking details on to their clients. Conversely, if the clients email is used the client will receive all communications and details of the order, including pricing.
Trade pricing is only visible when logged in to the Website.

Six Fourteen do our best to ensure that all information on site is up to date, accurate and complete. Despite our best efforts, however, from time to time information on the site may be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. All descriptions, pricing, products and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Any products or services shown on site at a given time does not warrant or imply that these products will be available at any or all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
The content of this website may be subject to trade marks, copyrights and/or intellectual property rights. These mandates are not marked individually.
The Website, including but not limited to its’ text, photographs and design may not be copied, reproduced, published or used in anyway.
Material information onsite in supplied by third party suppliers, merchants and manufacturers. Six Fourteen holds no responsibility for inaccuracies or errors in the information supplied to us by these parties, except as required by law.
Due to the limitations associated with the representation of Products online, some physical Products may differ somewhat in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website. See FAQs for further information.
Advice or information provided by Six Fourteen on site or via other media is given as a guide or for reference only. All decisions to purchase are those of the customer individually and all return ts and cs apply.
Stock levels shown onsite are updated twice daily (though from time to time for reasons including but not limited to updates and software issues this may be unavailable). Therefore levels may be slightly different at a specific time of purchase. In rare cases this could mean a product showing as in stock has since sold out. Should this occur you will be contacted ASAP with solutions appropriate to the situation (see registration, order and cancellation ts and cs No. 7).
Due dates shown for out of stock items are obtained from a third party and are indicative only. All re-stock dates are subject to change without notice.
Orders – registration, cancellation and refunds:
To place an order on site, the purchaser must possess a valid credit or debit card for credit card purchases or be able to pay via direct deposit (only available to trade customers). When ordering, the purchaser is required to follow all instructions be they on site or via email from Six Fourteen. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted at this time.
At the checkout (or in the case of special trade order, via email) the charges due, including GST, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges will be shown. These values are the amount due regardless of any price seen, heard or otherwise advertised. All charges are shown in Australian dollars.
Discount vouchers can only be used singularly (ie one voucher per order) and are unable to be used in conjunction with other offers (including but not limited to trade pricing and items on sale), unless specifically stated otherwise.
All orders must be paid for in full by one of the payment methods Six Fourteen provide on the Website or via direct deposit (where applicable). At no time is Six Fourteen able to accept an order before we have received the funds in full (cleared funds in the case of direct deposit), including shipping which is calculated and charged at the checkout or if paying by proforma invoice via direct deposit, clearly stated on said proforma or via email. We shall not be bound to fulfil an order until we have received cleared funds in full.
The purchaser undertakes that all details provided to us for the purpose of purchasing the Product from Six Fourteen will be correct, that the credit or debit card, account or other payment method which the purchaser uses is their own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the order in full. If necessary Six Fourteen reserves the right to obtain payment detail validation prior to release of an order.
Upon submitting an order via the Website, it is agreed and understood that the purchaser is subject to these Terms and Conditions, current at the date the order is placed, regardless of whether the order is placed on line or is a special order transacted via email. Terms and Conditions are updated without notification and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to acquaint themselves with the latest version each and every time an order is submitted.
All orders remain valid only as an offers until Six Fourteen confirm the order. Six Fourteen are in no way obligated to supply the Product to the purchaser until the order has been accepted. Once an order has been placed a Confirmation with the order reference number and details of the Product ordered will be released to the purchaser upon acceptance of the order. Reasons for declining an order include but aren’t limited to unavailability of product, courier exclusion, excessive lead time etc. We reserve the right to decline for any reason and will grant a refund should we do so.
Should Six Fourteen be unable to fulfil an order for any reason we will endeavour to contact the purchaser without delay to inform them of the remedies available to them. Further information is available in FAQs and this information is considered part of our terms and conditions.
Should a product price be incorrectly displayed or given in error contact will made with the purchaser prior to acceptance of the order and confirmation requested for processing the order at the correct price.
Should the purchaser realise an error in an order placed, after it has been submitted to the website, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact email@example.com without delay. We will endeavour to modify your order as per your instructions however cannot warrant these changes can be made at all, or without fees or charges. Please see FAQs for further information.
Completing a purchase (ie proceeding through all checkout steps to receipt) is a commitment to buy. Should you wish to cancel at any point after this we will endeavour to assist however fees and charges may be payable.
Should a customer have contacted Six Fourteen and arranged a pre-order for a product/s, the customer is aware that the product/s must be paid for in full (including all relevant shipping charges); that the product/s will ship once the re-stock shipment has arrived at and been processed by the warehouse and that at that time tracking details will be forwarded. As with all orders, Six Fourteen is unable to request a time and day for delivery. The customer is also aware that shipment dates can change for a variety of reasons, without notice and therefore the date of shipment for the pre-order may be affected. Whilst Six Fourteen will endeavour to update customers with regard to changes it is not always possible to do so. Cancellation of a pre-order is subject to the same fees and charges as any other order.
CANCELLING ORDER PRE-DISPATCH: A 5% cancellation fee of the product prices will apply should an order be cancelled prior to dispatch (please note that whilst all efforts will be made to cancel an order prior to it leaving the warehouse, it cannot be guaranteed see FAQs for further details). Our emails are not monitored 24/7 and a request to cancel does not, unfortunately, mean that the order has been cancelled, simply that a request has been made. You will be notified as quickly as possible as to the success of any cancellation and next steps and any fees that will be incurred.
CANCELLING ONCE ORDER HAS DISPATCHED: Should a cancellation need to be made after the item has been dispatched from the warehouse, a redirection fee will be charged (a quote will need to be generated for this fee) and a 12% restocking fee per product item will apply. Again whilst attempts will be made to stop an item proceeding to your nominated destination, this isn’t always possible.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS: If the purchaser requires a change of address after placing an order, then attempts will be made to do this at no cost. However, if the order has already been processed, a change of address is generally not possible. If this is possible, a re-direction quote will be required & will be quoted prior to the change being made. Costs are payable by the purchaser. These costs must be paid in full prior to the redirection taking place.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: If an incorrect address is supplied by a customer & a consignment cannot be delivered, any excess fees are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid in full prior to any redirection taking place. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the details of their order prior to placement and in subsequent emails to ensure these are correct.
Until the time an order has been confirmed, Six Fourteen reserve the right to cancel or refuse to process the order, under the terms and conditions listed above. Should this occur Six Fourteen will refund any payment already made by the purchaser.
The purchaser understands that by placing an order and taking receipt of goods, they are bound by the terms and conditions of sale; that information with regard to material limitations (including but not limited to shedding, use and construction) is available on site for consideration prior to purchase and that Six Fourteen is not responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer or any other individual or entity.
All refunds supplied, regardless of the reason for said refund, can only be processed in the same manner in which the original order was placed ie via credit card or bank deposit (only available to trade customers with prior notice). If the refund is to a credit card, Six Fourteen is only able to refund to the same card that was used in the original purchase.
Refunds are calculated on product prices only, and will amount to the value/s shown on the sales receipt. There is no refund on shipping costs.
At this time sales can only be made to Australian residents for delivery within Australia.
For trade clients, quotes and special orders prepared by Six Fourteen are completed with information provided by the client. It is up to the client to check all details including but not limited to delivery, atl, and products on the invoice prior to continuing to purchase. Any errors not brought to the attention of Six Fourteen prior to the order being placed are not the responsibility of Six Fourteen in any way, and should alterations to the order need to be made the relevant fees (as listed above) apply.
An order made through a quote or special order process still falls under the same terms and conditions as a regular order placed via the website and the act of proceeding with and completing the purchase indicates the acceptance of said terms and conditions.
Our partner warehouse aims to dispatch orders within an estimated dispatch time frame of 1-3 business days. This time frame can be impacted in busy periods or holiday periods. Delivery should take place within an estimated time period as noted in FAQs. From time to time our courier partners may be unable to meet these estimated dispatch time frames, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late dispatch or delivery. A variety of factors including but not limited to public holidays, holiday periods, busy periods and natural disasters can affect dispatch and delivery time frames. See FAQs for further information.
Items cannot be delivered to a PO Box address or parcel lockers.
The address entered at the checkout is the address given to our partner couriers. If entered incorrectly it is the purchasers responsibility to pay for any change of address charges.
If our courier partners are unable to reach the purchaser on the notified delivery day, the purchaser will be provided with instructions to re-arrange the delivery – one free re-delivery if available, further delivery attempts are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be invoiced accordingly.
The party receiving delivery may be asked to sign a delivery form to confirm that the product was delivered without obvious defects or damage.
Should you have chosen to give Authority To Leave at your nominated address, without a signee, Six Fourteen are in no way liable for any loss or damage to the product/products delivered under these conditions. Further information with regard to couriers and deliveries can be found in our FAQs and are considered part of our terms and conditions.
EXCLUSION AREAS: Our courier partner excludes some postcodes for shipping. Should your postcode be excluded you will be given a prompt to contact us for a shipping quote. These limitations are placed on us by the shipping companies and are not within our control. Where possible we can provide quotes or solutions.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to monitor tracking provided to ensure they can take delivery of an order. A link to online third party tracking is provided upon shipment, however further updates are not able to be sent or if available are sent as a courtesy with no obligation to Six Fourteen. Six Fourteen is not liable for any costs, losses or liabilities as a result of a purchaser not monitoring their tracking.
Returns – Change of Mind:
Should a change of mind return become necessary there is a 5 day window from the date of receipt of the rug to get a return underway. We will require the Product to be unused and in its original condition with no signs of pet or human use and packaged in equivalent manner to receipt for these returns. It is up to the customer to ensure that the item is question is packaged appropriately to prevent damage in transit. The rug/s must reach the warehouse within 30 days of receipt. Should your rug/s not meet these requirements upon return to the warehouse, Six Fourteen reserve the right to refuse to refund. Further information with regard to change of mind returns can be found in our FAQs and are considered part of our terms and conditions.
Should the purchaser wish to return a product, please refer to the FAQs return information. If there are further questions, these can be sent via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Six Fourteen will provide all necessary information required to proceed with the return, information is also available in our FAQs and are considered part of our terms and conditions.
The purchaser will be required to fill in or print out a return form provided by us in order to proceed with a return, this form to be attached to the rug for admin purposes. Once the item/s have been received and inspected, the amount paid for the product will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 12% restocking fee per item (this charge covers the cost charged to us by our partner warehouse). Further information is available in our FAQs and are considered part of our terms and conditions.
Change of mind returns are not accepted for made to order and custom sized products. Sales of custom sized or made to order products are final, with the exception of faulty goods as per Australian Consumer Law.
As per the information in FAQs wool rugs shedding are not considered to be a fault. Returns due to shedding are therefore considered to be change of mind returns and are thus subject to the change of mind terms and conditions.
As per the information in FAQs a size variance of 2-3% is considered to be normal. Returns due to size variance are therefore considered to be change of mind returns and are thus subject to the change of mind terms and conditions.
As per the information in FAQs colour variance is not considered to be a fault. Returns due to colour variance are therefore considered to be change of mind returns and are thus subject to the change of mind terms and conditions.
As per the information in FAQs fading is not considered to be a fault. Returns due to fading are therefore considered to be change of mind returns and are thus subject to the change of mind terms and conditions.
As per the information in FAQs an abrash finish is not considered to be a fault. Returns due to the abrash finish are therefore considered to be change of mind returns and are thus subject to the change of mind terms and conditions.
As per the information in the FAQs hand produced products can have variations that are not considered to be faults. If you have questions regarding your hand produced product please contact the team with images at email@example.com. Please note that such items may still be deemed to be within expected finishes and thus fall under change of mind terms and conditions.
Rugs on site may contain materials of an allergenic nature. Please consider suitability prior to purchase as returns due to adverse reactions are considered change of mind and thus fall under change of mind terms and conditions.
Collections provided on site are indicative only. For example a rug belonging to the children’s collection has been selected due to its’ visual appeal and does not indicate its’ suitability for this use, only that the style of the rug may be suitable. It is up to the customer to avail themselves of information regarding construction and material suitability prior to purchase. Purchase is at a customer’s discretion and returns due to a rug not being suitable due to factors including but not limited to material or construction fall under change of mind terms and conditions.
A rug being listed as less likely to stain indicates that when treated immediately, as per the manufacturers instructions the rug is less likely to be left with a mark, not that everyday use or various spills won’t cause damage including but not limited to discolouration, marks and other visual imperfections.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform themselves with regard to appropriate cleaning and rug care. Information is readily available (via the website and on each individual rug) and it is up to the purchaser to act within these parameters. Any damage to a rug that occurs as a result of not following manufacturers instructions (including but not limited to cleaning and vacuuming – please see FAQs and or instructions on your rug/s individually for details) are not considered to be faults, but rather wear and tear and are not eligible for return under faulty/damaged terms and conditions.
Returns – Damaged/Faulty:
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, the incorrect item has been sent or the purchaser believes the item to be faulty, the purchaser is required to notify Six Fourteen as soon as possible (and no later than 24 hours after receipt). Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged/faulty/item in question and any paperwork that came with the item.
Damaged or faulty items must be returned unused and in original condition (with no signs or pet or human use), and, if possible, in their original packaging – often these items can be used philanthropically. If the original packaging has been damaged they must be rolled and packaged thoroughly enough to prevent any damage in transit. Please see FAQs for further information on correct rolling and packaging of a rug.
To begin return of a faulty/damaged item you may be asked to provide images for preliminary assessment (as per information in FAQs). No attempt should be made to return the item/s before contacting Six Fourteen.
After the assessment of the images provided, our specialists assess approve the return, Six Fourteen will contact the purchaser to proceed with the return process. In cases of incorrect/damaged or faulty items being received and assessed as such, Six Fourteen will cover the costs of return. Depending on if it is determined to be a minor or major defect, as per consumer guarantees, Six Fourteen will arrange a suitable remedy including but not limited to partial refund, refund of the purchase price of the item in question (excluding any original shipping costs) or a replacement item if available.
If after examination of the images Six Fourteen decide that the Product needs to be sent back to the warehouse for further examination to determine if there is a fault or to what extent the item is faulty, Six Fourteen will assist in arranging the return of the Product to the warehouse for assessment and will cover the costs associated. Should the Product be found not to have a defect, the purchaser may be required to pay the transport and/or inspection costs. An estimate of these costs can be provided to you before the Product is collected. If this is required please let Six Fourteen know prior to the item/s collection. A cost for returning the freight may also be charged. On the other hand, If the item is found to be faulty after further inspection, depending on if it is determined to be a minor or major defect, as per consumer guarantees, Six Fourteen will arrange a suitable remedy including but not limited to partial refund, refund of the purchase price of the item in question (excluding any original shipping costs) or a replacement item. Should the product be deemed, in the reasonable opinion of those assessing the item, to have been misused, not used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, used in an abnormal way or the unacceptable quality is due to fair wear and tear, the item will be deemed to not be faulty or defective.
Credit Card Payments:
Six Fourteen use the third party payment portal Stripe to process payments online and do not individually collect or retain payment information.
Whilst Six Fourteen take industry standard measures to ensure digital safety, we can not guarantee that browsing or shopping using the site will not result in some form of digital privacy loss, possibly resulting in physical or monetary losses. Use of the site is at a consumers discretion and Six Fourteen are not liable directly or indirectly for any loss or damage to individuals or entities that my occur.

In no way does Six Fourteen make any claim or accept any responsibility regarding the nature, quality or reliability of sites reached via these links. To enter, an entrant must tag a friend on the launch comp instagram post (dated 31/3/2020) and tell us in 25 words or less, why they wish to win a $250 Six Fourteen voucher, like the post and follow both @sixfourteen_ and @myfoodreligion. The friend they have tagged must also follow both pages at the time of judging for the entry to be complete. The entries will be judged by Bec and Kate of Six Fourteen on the entry’s creativity and entertainment value.
Multiple entries will be considered as long as for each entry a different friend is tagged each time and a different comment given.
Any entries containing slanderous, rude or in any way offensive language will be deleted and the offending account blocked.
Illegible and indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The prize is a $250 voucher for use on the Six Fourteen website, valid for twelve months, to be used in part or in full. Should the voucher be used in part the remaining value still be available for use within the time frames given.
The total prize value is $250. It is not able to be transferred or exchanged. All additional costs are at the winners expense.

The discount offered in the Favourite 5 Promotions is 10% off retail pricing. The discount is available only by using the code appropriate to the current month. Codes are available on the home page of the website, or via our newsletter (eg MAY5 for May 2020).
The Favourite 5 Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, sale or on top of trade discount. Rain checks or use of the code outside of the prescribed time period is not available.
The rugs available for discount are limited to those in the tagged collection for each month (eg mayfavourite5). No substitutions or rain checks are available. The tagged collection can be found via the tag itself, our newsletter or via the slider on the home page “shop now” button.
The Favourite 5 promotions run from 12am AEST on the first of the applicable month to 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the applicable month (eg 12am 1/5/2020 to 11:59pm 31/5/2020). Orders placed outside of this time will not be part of the promotion.
